If you have Crohn’s disease, colitis, or hemorrhoids, aloe vera should not be consumed, because it can cause abdominal cramps and diarrhea.

Antioxidants slow the oxidation of compounds and can be classified as natural or synthetic substances, with synthetic antioxidants being more widely used.

PRECAUTIONS WITH ALOE VERA

  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, then it is not advisable to use aloe or any product with aloe in it, because of the possibility of complications with the pregnancy.
